Name of product: I – CEPHATECH 350

Functions:

• I- Cephatech 350 is a product free from phosphates, specially formulated to treat CEPHALOPODS, including cuttlefish, squid, octopus....
• Cephalopods suffer degradation processes which deteriorate its appearance once they have been captured. Degradation processes are bigger as longer is the storage period. In those cases it is necessary to apply a treatment in order to restore the initial appearance of cephalopods and to avoid any undesirable coloration.
• Technological funtion: I-Cephatech 350 avoids the oxidative and enzymatic processes of degradation, stabilizes the texture of muscular and fat tissue and retains the interstitials liquids keeping the natural taste of the cephalopod
