CRYSFISH 120 is a blend of Food additives and natural food colorants ingredients formulated to prepare injection brine for fish fillets and loins.
Improves the texture of processed fish and avoids the colour changes that can be naturally done due to the oxidative processes.

Recommended use and application
CRYSFISH 120 is used by injection together with our texturizer and antioxidant food additives, dissolved in water at a dosage between 1% to 2%, calculated on the total quantity of water (2-4ºC.) used.

CRYSFISH 120 is a Food grade product manufactured in compliance with EU, USA and CODEX requirements on Food Safety following the standards requirements of BRC Food A+ Certification. Its ingredients are approved by USA FDA as described in 21 CFR 73.40 and its use and application according Regulation (CE) 1333/2008.
