Functions

• Greencephas is a product free from phosphates & carbonate, specially formulated to treat squid, octopus and baby cuttlefish products.
• Cephalopods suffer degradation processes which deteriorate its appearance once they have been captured. Degradation processes are bigger as longer is the storage period. In those cases it is necessary to apply a treatment in order to restore the initial appearance of cephalopods and to avoid any undesirable coloration.
• Technological funtion: Greencephas avoids the oxidative and enzymatic processes of degradation, stabilizes the texture of muscular and retains the interstitials liquids keeping the natural taste of the cephalopod

Soluvility                                  : soluble in water

25 kg in inner plastic bag and outer KP bag

Dissolve in water about 2.0 – 3.0 % of Greencephas  

Keep containers closed when they are not in use.

Store away from any humidity source.

Use best before 24 months from production date.
