CRYSTAL GREEN TECH is a Food Additive specially formulated to prepare brine solution for fish fillets and loins injection. 

Improves the texture, avoids the color changes due to oxidative 

processes and helps to retain the interstitial liquids and juiciness.

      The standard dosage is 2-3 Kg for 100 liters of brine. 

Keep product stored in a cool and dry place and away from sunlight.

12 months from production date in original sealed packaging.

CRYSTAL GREEN TECH is a food grade product, and its ingredients allowed to be used in Europe according to Regulation (CE)1333/2008 as quantum satis and also in USA according to the 21 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) and its ingredients regarded as safe (GRAS) with no other limitation than Good Manufacturing Practices.

Labelling aspects have to be verified individually according to the end processed product and also considering the specific legal requirements in different countries.
