CR BAS 1 is a Food Additive specially formulated to prepare brine solution for fish fillets, loins injection.

Avoids oxidation processes which helps to avoid colour changes and improves texture. It helps to retain the interstitial liquids and increase the water holding capacity.

Recommended use and application

CR BAS 1 is used by injection, dissolved in water at a dosage between 8% to 10% calculated on the total quantity of water (2-4ºC.) used.

Best before

Use best before 18 months from production date in original sealed packaging.

Regulations

CR BAS 1 is a Food grade product and its ingredients Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by USA FDA when used in accordance with good manufacturing practice and allowed to be used by Regulation (CE) 1333/2008 as Quantum satis except for E301 when used in Tuna, which according Regulation (CE) 2022/1923 can be used within a limit of 300mg/Kg. (300ppm).
