    General description & Technological properties:  CR BAS LS is a Food Additive specially formulated to prepare brine solution for fish fillets and loins injection. Improves the texture, avoids the colour changes that can be naturally done to the oxidative processes and helps to retain the interstitial liquids and increase the water holding capacity.

    Recommended use and application

    CR BAS LS is used by injection, dissolved in water at a dosage between 8% to 10% calculated on the total quantity of water (2-4ºC.) used. Further information is available on request.

    Storage conditions

    Keep product stored in a cool and dry place and away from sunlight.

    Best before

    Use best before 18 months from production date in original sealed packaging.

    Regulations

    CR BAS LS is a Food grade product and its ingredients Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by USA FDA when used in accordance with good manufacturing practice and allowed to be used by Regulation (CE) 1333/2008 as Quantum satis except for E301 when used in Tuna, which according Regulation (CE) 2022/1923 can be used within a limit of 300mg/Kg. (300ppm). Please refer to the regulations of the country of destination of the final product applicable with the declaration of ingredients on the label.
