CRYSFISH 500 is a blend of Food additives and natural food
colorants ingredients formulated to prepare injection brine for fish
fillets and loins.

Recommended use and application

CRYSFISH 500 is used by injection together with our texturizer and
antioxidant food additives, dissolved in water at a dosage between
0,1% to 0,5%, calculated on the total quantity of water (2-4ºC.) used.

Storage conditions

Keep product stored in a cool and dry place and away from sunlight

Best before

Use best before 12 months from production date in original sealed
packaging.

CRYSFISH 500 is a Food grade product manufactured in compliance with EU,
USA and CODEX requirements on Food Safety following the standards
requirements of BRC Food A+ Certification. Its ingredients are approved by
USA FDA as described in 21 CFR 73.40 and its use and application according
Regulation (CE) 1333/2008.
